At school, there are lots of ways that we teach you to look after your mental health and wellbeing. Here are some resources to help you at home!

Practise mindfulness with a body scan:

Carry on with practising mindfulness by doing a Grounding Exercise:


When we’re feeling stressed, it is useful to think about what we can control, and what is out of our control. We are not able to control everything around us, but we can control quite a lot!

Remember, the adults in your life are here to help you, and if you have any problems or worries, you should talk to someone you feel comfortable talking to. There are no problems too big or too small!
