Diamond Class have been working incredibly hard , creating forest theatres and we are currently working on play scripts .

  

Our Year 3 children were invited to the re-opening of the playground at Sayes Court Park following its refurbishment.  We met the Mayor of Lewisham.

Y3 Violinists

Deptford Park are working with the Musician’s Company, and our Year 3 violinists have been enjoying their workshops. Helena and Elena are a viola player and cellist who have been introducing our year 3s to the string family and their instruments over zoom. We were so happy to be able to have a live session with them – we are going to meet through the summer term and hopefully perform together at the end of the year. Watch this space for a video! They were very impressed with our violin playing so far, especially our bow holds!
